Your mission

  • Receiving, inspecting, and documenting deliveries in accordance with Lanserhof's quality standards
  • Proper storage and distribution of goods, consumables, and operational supplies to the various hotel and medical departments
  • Checking incoming goods for quantity, quality, and completeness
  • Managing, organizing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure the continuous supply of all departments
  • Picking, packing, and internally distributing goods and materials
  • Conducting regular stock checks and supporting inventory counts
  • Ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety in all storage areas
  • Working closely with Purchasing, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Spa, Medical, and other operational departments
  • Ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene, and safety standards

We are looking for

  • Completed vocational training and professional experience in a comparable position within warehousing, logistics, or inventory management
  • Ideally, experience working with inventory management or warehouse management systems
  • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a high level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
  • Reliability, accuracy, and a careful approach to handling goods and materials
  • Enjoyment of working collaboratively with different departments in an international environment
  • A service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a solution-focused approach characterize you
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a respectful attitude toward guests and colleagues come naturally to you
  • Good Spanish language skills; English skills are an advantage
