Your mission

Our Reservation Agents at Lanserhof serve as the first point of contact for our guests even before their stay and therefore play a key representative role. The quality of their work has a direct impact on many downstream processes, requiring a structured and forward-thinking approach as well as excellent knowledge of Lanserhof, its concept, and its various locations. For this position, we are looking for open-minded individuals who are aware of the importance of their role and who can meet the expectations of both guests and internal stakeholders with professionalism and dedication.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Handling, processing, and follow-up of all reservations
  • Active sales activities, including consultation according to the Lanserhof Concept and preparation of tailored offers
  • Close collaboration with hotel management, front office, housekeeping, and the medical department
  • Evaluation of revenue and occupancy statistics as well as daily reports
  • Processing of travel agency bookings

We are looking for

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality management or a comparable field (service, sales, or tourism), or professional experience in upscale hospitality, scheduling, or reservations
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels (telephone, fax, email)
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector
  • Good Spanish and English language skills
  • Absolute discretion and excellent manners are second nature to you
  • You handle challenges confidently, independently, and always with the guest's best interests in mind. You are able to find suitable solutions quickly, drawing on your organizational and communication skills. At all times, you present yourself in a charming, warm, and professional manner.
