What does the role involve?
- Ensuring the operational readiness and reliability of technical installations and systems
- Performing maintenance, inspection, and repair work on technical building equipment in both the hotel and medical sectors
- Monitoring and supervising the building management system as well as relevant control and regulation systems
- Assisting in the coordination and supervision of external service providers and specialized contractors
- Conducting regular inspections of the property's technical facilitiesSupporting the Facility Management / Maintenance team
- Organizing day-to-day operations and handling administrative office tasks
- Acting as deputy to the Head of Department during periods of absence
We are looking for
- have several years of professional experience in the field of building and facility maintenance/engineering
- possess strong technical understanding and solid IT skills (MS Office)
- demonstrate a performance-oriented mindset and the ability to think across departments
- are reliable, organized, and highly committed
- are willing to take on a wide variety of changing tasks
